Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

  1. Once the fees are paid it can’t be refunded for admitted students.
  2. In case of rejected applications the refund will be made at the commencement of the session, deducting a nominal amount of Rs 500/- as processing fees.
  3. Normally No Refund of fee is permitted when a student is withdrawn for any reasons after admission to any course of study availing One-time Full Payment and Zero Interest EMI Payment options. However a claim for refund may be considered on merits after due request by the student and the amount to be refunded shall be solely as per the decision of Animaster Academy.
  4. Excess fee payment (if any) of above Rs. 500/- by the admitted students is refunded at the commencement of the course.
  5. Refund will be made only through Demand Draft in favour of the candidate’s name only. No request will not be entertained for a refund in any other name or mode for any reason.
  6. Payment made other than the modes provided by Animaster Animation College will be at own risks.
  7. The admission of the student may be withheld if payment of fees is inappropriate or in case of defaulters.
